Delhi Election Results 2025 will be announced on February 8, following the assembly elections held on February 5. The key contest is between the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and the Indian National Congress (INC). A party needs at least 36 out of 70 seats to form the government in Delhi.
Among the prominent candidates, former CM Arvind Kejriwal contested from New Delhi against BJP’s Parvesh Verma and Congress’s Sandeep Dikshit. Delhi CM Atishi contested from Kalkaji against Congress’s Alka Lamba and BJP’s Ramesh Bidhuri. With a voter turnout of 60.42%, the results will determine whether AAP retains power for a third term or if BJP ends its 27-year wait to govern the national capital.
