Netflix has officially canceled the spy-drama series The Recruit, starring Noah Centineo, after two seasons. The show, which first premiered in December 2022, followed Centineo as a CIA lawyer entangled in international conflicts. Despite its second season launching on January 30, the streaming giant decided to discontinue the series, disappointing fans.

Reacting to the cancellation, Colton Dunn, who played Lester Kitchens in the series, took to social media, saying, “Such a bummer. I’ll share some pics and fun memories on IG but just wanted you to hear it from me.” He further added, “You can’t cancel the memories.” Fans and cast members fondly remembered the show’s journey, marking the end of an era for the Netflix thriller.
