In a historic event at the Naval Dockyard in Mumbai, Prime Minister Narendra Modi commissioned three frontline naval platforms—INS Surat (Destroyer), INS Nilgiri (Frigate), and INS Vaghsheer (Submarine)—to the Indian Navy. This marks the first-ever tri-commissioning of a destroyer, frigate, and submarine, all proudly built in India.
