YouTuber and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, famously known as BeerBiceps, recounted a terrifying experience during a Christmas Eve trip to Goa with his girlfriend. The couple, both seasoned swimmers, faced the fury of an underwater current while enjoying a casual swim.
Despite their skills, the powerful current swept them away, leading to a struggle for survival. Ranveer described the ordeal, saying, “A casual, fun dip turned into a fight to stay afloat.” He eventually shouted for help, and they were rescued by a family of five, including an IPS officer and an IRS officer, who were nearby.
Reflecting on the incident, Ranveer expressed gratitude, calling it a life-changing experience. “We felt the protection of God throughout the incident,” he shared. The podcaster later joined his brother in prayers, thanking Lord Jesus Christ and the divine for their survival.
Ranveer concluded with a heartfelt message: “We lived for a reason! Merry Christmas to you all and to your families. Thank you, God, for life!”
