Putin Orders Full Liberation of Kursk Amid Russia-Ukraine Conflict

Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the full liberation of Kursk as Russian forces claim to have destroyed Ukraine’s strongest units. Over 1,100 sq km have been recaptured, and Ukrainian troops are reportedly being "systematically destroyed." Russian forces have also crossed into Sumy, raising concerns over Ukraine’s bargaining power.
